The directory is a read-only public search service. ETIB staff gathers, verifies, and publishes business records through its managed code catalog.

Terms of Use

ETIB Community Connect provides business information for discovery and direct connection. ETIB does not process transactions between visitors and listed businesses, guarantee third-party services, or replace independent verification by the user.

Contact each business directly to confirm current services, pricing, availability, qualifications, and accessibility before making a decision.

Privacy Policy

The directory does not offer public accounts, business uploads, reviews, or profile editing. Search terms are sent to the ETIB directory server only to return matching public records and are not used to create a visitor profile.

If you email or call ETIB, the information you provide is handled as direct correspondence and used to answer your request.

Accessibility Statement

ETIB is committed to a directory that works with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, high-contrast settings, and reduced-motion preferences. Search controls use explicit labels, results are announced through status regions, and every business action uses descriptive text.

Community Listing Standards

A listing must be blind-owned or visually impaired-owned, specifically serve blind and visually impaired people, or meet both standards. ETIB requires usable public contact information and concrete accessibility details.

Businesses cannot publish or change their own records. ETIB may add, update, feature, deactivate, or remove a listing when verification, accuracy, mission fit, or community safety requires it. Paid promotion does not guarantee approval or alter these standards.
